Michael P. Lee, MD
Michael P. Lee MD, is a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist who specializes in diagnosing cutaneous neoplasms and diseases through microscopic examination. His goal is to provide accurate diagnoses through clear and concise reports to best help clinicians care for their patients.
Dr. Lee actively advances the field and has numerous publications in highly respected journals, including JAMA Dermatology, JAAD, the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, and the American Journal of Dermatopathology. His current research interests include the molecular drivers and mutations of melanocytic lesions and improving interrater concordance in histopathologic examination.

Education + Training
Dr. Lee holds a BS in bioengineering from UC San Diego and received his MD degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his dermatology residency at Loma Linda University and his dermatopathology fellowship at New York University.
